Description: Your charming resort comprises two well designed thatched cabanas with double beds and one beautiful concrete cabana, ventilators, outdoor toilet and cohune thatched shower. There is also a thatched barbecue pit and hammock area combined with palm trees, sugar cane, bamboo, different kinds of bananas and other plants that complete this area.

A small 24 seat restaurant with separate entrances from the resort and from the Western Highway caters to guests and the public.

The cabanas and the restaurant come fully furnished. There is enough space to build a next cabana.

The owner residence is a wooden house on concrete posts. It includes 2 utility rooms downstairs and a dog/pet cage. The upstairs measures 36 feet by 20 feet and consists of kitchen, 1 small pantry, 1 combined living room / bedroom, 1 tiled bathroom and a L-shaped porch. All utilities are available (TV, Phone, Electricity, Water, Internet) and a 1000 Gallon backup water system.

The property includes a well manicured garden with coconut palms and other trees like papayas, avocados, lime, sour oranges, mango, 3 different kinds of bananas, sugar, bamboo and a variety of other plants.
