In December 1995 the business was opened and is still operated by the original owners. It has generous access to the Western Highway with 2 driveways for convenient drive thru access (600 ft. and 1100 ft. going down). All buildings are solid and safe cement construction. Restaurant:

The size of the main building is 36x60 feet and the entire original Restaurant comes fully equipped. Attached is a second opened section (24x36 feet) for seating. There you have a beautiful view to a mature garden with palm trees and wild orchids. The Restaurant has a nice bar and a little gift shop included. The 20x30 foot kitchen is outfitted with high quality commercial equipment such as a Quest stove, 2 commercial size ovens, a 3x5 ft grill, 2 commercial deep fryers and much, much more. The ovens, grill and stove are operated with butane gas. On the outside is a Children’s playground.

3 Cabana’s:

All Cabana’s are gorgeous and harmoniously furnished. They are ideal for hosting wandering visitors and tourists or occasional business travelers. Accommodations include amenities such as private bathrooms, hot & cold running water, air conditioning, a small refrigerator and a coffee maker. Daily adventures and exploration is possible from this central point. One Cabana (18x20 feet) is equipped with 1 king size bed, the second Cabana (16x20 feet) has 1 queen size bed and 1 double bed, and the third (16x20 feet) has 1 queen size bed and 1 full size bed. All Cabanas are fully furnished.

1 Staff building:

There is 1 separate building close to the Restaurant, and the ground floor contains 6 bathrooms, 2 for men and 4 for women. On the second floor there are 2 staff quarters (10x17 feet) ea.

First house as owner residence:

Privacy and comfort are the order of the day in this beautiful 26x55 ft. apartment on the first floor. There are ceramic tiled floors everywhere. This house contains 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with a modern open kitchen, 2 bathrooms, which is 1 full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom. All rooms have AC and will be sold fully furnished. This would be an ideal Manager’s Residence. Outside is a 6+ foot covered veranda. It is currently under renovation and will be equipped with the newest designs. On the ground floor of this building there are store rooms for the restaurant and a laundry room.

30x30 foot garage:

Second house as owner residence:

This 24x40 ft. house is located in the back of the Main building. The 175x350 ft. property is separately fenced. The entire outside of the house is surrounded on the first floor with a covered veranda to enjoy the sunrise, sunset or simply the beauty of nature. The apartment has a large living room with a modern open kitchen. One large full first class bathroom invites with a whirlpool bathtub and a separate shower for relaxation. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed which adjoins the bathroom. There is another bedroom that could be used as an office.
